How it works

  1. Sign in or create an account.
    Already have a Membership Toolkit account? Sign in at top of screen. Otherwise, create a new account.

  2. Complete or review Family Information (form below).
    This must be completed before the membership form will appear.

  3. Open PTSA Membership 2026–2027 (form below).
    Select the membership type and quantity you want. 

    Membership is $15 per adult, $15 per student and $5 per Boca High or Palm Beach County faculty/staff member.

  4. Complete checkout.
    Click Save and checkout, enter payment, and click Place Order. Your membership is complete when you receive the confirmation email.

Do you have a favorite teacher? Did you know you can sponsor a teacher or staff member? For just $5, you can gift their PTSA membership for the year.
PTSA Donation 2026-2027
Help the Boca High PTSA's mission by making a donation of any amount. Each year the PTSA provides funding for Student Support Initiatives, Scholarships, Project Grad, College & Career Fair, School Clubs, Teacher and Staff Appreciation, Paw Print, DECA, Drive Safely and much more. Your donations go directly towards all of these much needed projects and programs. Please consider a donation of any amount.

Don't see the membership form? 

First, confirm that you are signed in and that Family Information is complete. If the form still does not appear, email bocahighptsa@gmail.com and include the name and email address on your account.

Complete the form and mail or deliver it with your check according to the instructions on the form.
